Ah well I am someone's client at work and we pay them a lot of money and the service is very shoddy and they have tried to claim (or hint anyway) that I am not doing my job properly so I am plotting revenge for them winding me up and failing to do their job properly!0

Morning all
Not a happy Tigz today, OH's sister has told him this morning she's not going to take on his flat, he's due to be moving in with me in Sept but that's not going to happen now  He'll have to sell it, he's looking into it all, but he hasn't got any money so god knows how he's going to afford to do the HIPS thing and solicitors fees.

Pap~Dont overdo it hun.You feeling ok now?
Am I the only person on planet who hates DIY & is really bad at it?
I am fine now Beanie thanks for asking. I get the odd pain but nothing need worry about, I guess its excess acid as Becky said. I dont particually like diy but we were supposed to have our houses demolished so we have been putting off decorating for nearly 2 years. Managed to grab some lush wallpaper for my room reduced and got some bargain tiles that are perfect for what we need. Spent a bit too much but that only leaves one room to do :j
Tigs sorry about your newsNot good. Will that mean he will have to wait longer to move in? Can he not rent his flat out?

afternoon all.....I was supposed be getting my hair cut by a learner at work this afternoon but she's had to go home as her daughter is ill. I'll have it done next Wednesday, but we have an open day that day and I'm promoting the cookery courses from 6-8pm, so I hope I'm happy with it!

No it's a shared ownership place so we don't think he can rent it out officially, so his sister having it was ideal as wouldn't need to wait for him to sell it before moving in and could be done on the QT....
I have a council flat so it makes sense him moving in with me as he has £15k of CC debts to clear  but he's not going to be able to clear anything now....
PAP - how come your house was meant to be demolished??"Nobody made a greater mistake than he who did nothing because he could only do a little." Edmund Burke
