please can you help me my husband got a penalty charge notice
for london on the 16 june 09
he was nowhere near london at the time in question
he was at work at the time in question
we live in york
the time of notice is 11:10am
he was working between the hours of 10:15am and 18:00pm on that day
where do i start with this and what advice can give me please

Hi, if this is a TFL (transport for london) penalty charge notice, they usually have a link so you can see an evidence photo or 2. These will show the vehicle registration number, but if your husband wasn't there then they may have made a mistake with the reg. no. It's always possible that his reg. no. has been 'cloned'. Write to them explaining that he was at work at the time/ date, and try to provide evidence of that.0
