1. The promotion is not open to employees of Malmaison, or any companies or agencies directly connected with the creation and administration of this promotion or their families.
2. There is one winner who is drawn at random from those participants entering the promotion.
3. The prize consists of two nights, 3 course dinner for two for one night only, and a bottle of wine to a maximum value of £50. Dinner must be taken from the ! la carte menu.
4. The prize winner will be responsible for any other costs ensuing from their stay at the hotel and any other ensuing costs for transport to and from the hotel. The prize excludes other charges (eg, phone calls, drinks from the mini bar).
5. Promotion will run from the 1st July 2009 – 30th September 2009.
6. Closing date for entries: 18.00 on 30th September 2009.
7. Entrants must be 18 and over.
8. In order to enter this competition, entrants must refer a minimum of one friend, using the friend referral form on the competition page.
9. The prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable and cannot be substituted for any other prize or cash value.
   No purchase necessary.
10. By entering the promotion, the entrant agrees to be bound by the rules and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material accompanying the promotion.
11. By entering the promotion, all entrants agree to the terms of the privacy policy.
12. A winner will be drawn at random and notified by email within 24 hours of the draw date. In the event of non-acceptance within the specified period of 48 hours notification, Malmaison reserves the right to reallocate the prize awarded to the next randomly drawn valid entry (and the same acceptance period, as provided under this condition, will apply).
13. The draw will be made by an independent judge. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. Malmaison will not accept responsibility for loss through technical fault, incomplete, illegible or other damaged entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.
15. Malmaison is not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any materials relating to this promotion; fraudulent, lost, late, misdirected, incomplete or altered entries; or transactions which are processed late or incorrectly or are lost due to computer or electronic malfunction. Malmaison reserves the right to cancel or modify this promotion if fraud or technical failure compromises the integrity of the promotion as determined by Malmaison at its sole discretion.
16. The prize winner shall abide by and be subject to Malmaison’s booking Terms and Conditions and privacy policy.
17. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
