Should/can i claim?

Hi all,
I about to start the process of trying to get a default removed from my credit report. The company is GE and it was settled on 12/12/04. I was wondering if it would be worth trying to reclaim the PPI and additional charges placed on this account.
I have also got a credit card (Halifax) that I know I missed payment but I don’t think I had PPI on. I am still paying this back but do not use it or even have the card any more. Should I try or can i claim the additional charges back from this?
And lastly I had a default in 2004 for a NatWest card. This is settled, but can I try and reclaim the charges and PPI for this?
Thoughts?
thanks
