Paypal payment marked as 'Unclaimed' not 'Completed'

I'm perplexed!
Sold and item on Ebay at Buy It Now price (close to £700) and buyer has sent payment via Paypal.
However, on my (seller) paypal account the payment is shown as 'unclaimed'. ALL previous payments by auction winners come up as 'Completed' without me having to do anything.
Why do I have to actively accept this payment - I'm worried that the buyer has done some "funny" business with Paypal so he can whip his money back.

According to Paypal;
A payment may be Unclaimed for one of the following reasons:- Your recipient did not sign up with PayPal using the same email address that you used to send the money. The recipient simply needs to add this email address to his account (he can add up to eight addresses) and confirm the new email address. The money will then immediately appear in his balance.
- The recipient may not have confirmed his email address. Any payments sent to an account will not appear in the account balance until the user has completed the registration process by confirming his email address.
- The recipient must manually accept or deny this payment.
Seems like it does happen sometimes so doesn't look fraudulent or anything like thatDon't tell them your name, Pike!0 -

Is this a basic/personal account?
You have to manually accept payments on this type of account when the sender has funded the payment by debit or credit card (as you will be charged paypal fees)"Now to trolling as a concept. ....
