A&L are they still paying out?

Hi, I successfully reclaimed bank charges a couple of years ago from Ulster Bank & Alliance & Leicester but have since incurred some more charges by A&L - I received a letter the other day regarding going a whole £2 over my overdraft which stated a could put a hold my account and not use it until the 'test case' had finished.

I was wondering can you still put in claim against A&L and have they made any recent payments. i know the last time they waited right until the day before the small claims court case to settle my claim.

I would go through this again if it was worth my while!

Thanks
Sarah

At the moment all claims are on hold through the courts because of the OFT test case. The only way banks are paying out is if you are in financial hardship and that would have to be severe for them to pay out.
I have not worked for NatWest Bank since February 2009
