I am with BT and have the free eve and weekend calls package.
I have made a massive effort to make sure all my calls are after 6 and or on a weekend and try to avoind premium, mobile and international calls
But my bill that came today still indicates i have made £31.78 of calls.
I just cant undestand how and would like to know is there a way of fining out what time you made the calls listed on the bill rather than just the date. ?
Any advice greatly recvd
Thanks.

Your recent bill should breakdown the cost of chargeable calls giving you destination, date, duration, and cost, any non chargeable inclusive calls will be lumped together seperately.
Also if you go online and click on recent calls your get a breakdown like this
Daytime
Evening and Weekend
Mobile
0870
0845
Click on them and your get a full itemisation including time of day.
If you have not already done so it might be worth your while looking at the Heinz plan.

Hi nicenswift
You can view your most recent bill on our website if you register for online billing (you can still have a paper bill if you choose to) this will give a breakdown of your last bill, giving you the option to view your calls in their categories i.e all your mobile calls dates, times and durations.
Hope this helps

call a request a fully itemised bill. or if you have internet access set up paper free bills. you can then see calls made before you get your bill and also saves you £1.25 a month. If you still prefer a paper bill you can still set up to view your bills online and get a paper bill but no discount is given.
If you just want to set up fully itemised bills then just call and ask to have them in future and also ask for a breakdown of what the call charges are for.0 -
Thanks for the good advice guys :beer:0

Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0
