:think::think:Hi guys. This is my 1st time on the site. Please accept my apologies if im writing this in the wrong place or my question has already been discussed..... Had a call today from a number i didnt reconize offering me the chance to claim my bank charges back. The caller said i would be guarenteed my charges paid for the last six years. For this i needed a g1 legal document form. This i could purchase for £59.95. As ive been following the progress of the reclaiming bank charges on Martins site i challenged her by saying that nothing had been settled and the case was still with the courts and everything was at the moment on hold. She repeated that charges had been deemed unfair and wrongly gave me the impression that i would certainly get paid out. She then refused to answer anything else unless i gave her the number i was calling from, which i had withheld. Needless to say i wouldnt, and the call ended. Has this happened to anyone else and how did she get my mobile number?
