Nuisance calls from 01695 559100

I have googled this number and come up with pages from 'Who Calls Me?' and have found that this number appears to be linked to a marketing company.
As you will read if you check yourself, this number rings at all times of day and night (the other night around 4am waking me up) and all there is on the other end of the line is a fax type noise.
I am interested to learn if anyone else has suffered from this number, or even from another number but the same sort of thing (fax noise when you answer)
I am also looking to see if anyone can shed any more light on how I can repay the compliment - what I mean is annoying someone with calls in the night just like they have with me and many others.
I have recently moved from one exchange to another and will add my number to the TPS list, but meanwhile what do others suggest I do?
Edited to add: Registering with the TPS makes no difference in the above case as they are a chocolate teapot when it comes to fax noises down the line.
