We are currently with BT using their home hub for broadband, a lightning strike on Sunday took out our phone line, BT were out today to fix phones but it looks like the home hub has been damaged.
Is there anything we can do and does anyone know if BT will replace with out charge?

Most electronic companies/manufacturers will not replace or repair items damaged by lightning strikes. Was it protected by a power surge protector??0

They don't need to know WHY you think it has broken - just ring up and say it has stopped working and will they send a replacement free of charge.0 -
You don't need to use a HomeHub for BT internet. You can get a basic wireless router on eBay for £15, somethig like a Netgear DG834G.No free lunch, and no free laptop0
