can anyone help:
i,m currently claiming MPPI back from abbey and i have received a complaint questionaire from them, my problem is that all the questions relate to the date (2003) the policy was taken out.....can anyone tell me if my answers don't match the original application can the abbey cancel my mortgage.
i have received a payment (£850)from the abbey for bank charges...:jand have also received (£2500) from barclays for charges.:j:j

Not everyone completes them, but it maybe because they need this in order for them to continue to investigate your complaint, but they should hold details of you for mainly 6 years, if you live in Scotland it's normally 5 years I believe.
You could tell them they should still hold the details from when they sold you the cover and please refer to them, but other than that answer to the best of your knowledge, or respond as (please refer to the application you hold on me on your data from when you sold me the finance in 2003), it is up to you, or wait for more opinions, good luck.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"
