Been offered money as a Gesture from BOS only a 3rd

Hi
just recieved a letter today of goodwill from BOS offering me £1260 from a claim for £3050 in charges and interest....Do i take it or go for more????

Will it clear your overdraft and pay off priority debt arrears(mortgage/rent, council tax, utilities)?

In that case I would accept it but I would ask them to increase it so that if fully clears your priority debt arrears plus the overdraft or puts you back within the overdraft by a clear amount. If they decline to increase it ask them to explain why they have decided not to increase their offer.

ive no debt in that bank well actually no bank now just dont see why they are refusing me a good holiday when ive already paid them the overinflated charges

Repayment on financial hardship is not to fund any holiday but to alleviate financial hardship.
Are any monies owed to the bank?
