Accessing outlook express from another pc??

Options
My mum is having a problem connecting to to the net on her account on her pc.Strangely though my sister can connect via her account on the same pc.
My mum is needing to access her emails to send them to another address but is unable to.How ,if at all, can she get into outlook either via my sisters account or from another computer?

Are we talking about one PC here, or two?

How do you access the Net? Broadband or dial-up? Modem or router? When you say your sister uses a different account, are you talking about a different login on Windows XP?
Of course, I may just be talking b****cks!

to access from your sisters account you'll need to log in as an administrator, copy the *.dbx files from your mums documents and settings profile folder (do a search) and copy to a location on your sisters profile.
Then you need to set up a new identity on OE whilst logged in as your sister and point it's storage location to where you've copied your mums mails.

As a temporary measure, if you're with NTL Broadband and using Outlook/Outlook Express to acces an NTL email account, go to http://www.ntlworld.com/and click on "Your Email" link. There you can login to your email account and view your emails. They can then be forwarded to another account, read, deleted or whatever.
