Monthly overdraft fee?

Not sure if I am putting this in the right forum, so sorry if i have not!
I get charged a certain amount for being in my overdraft (£4 this month) but i've just noticed that my available balance is £4 less than I have in my account.
My overdraft fee is due to come out on the 30th of this month, and I have been nearly over my overdraft this month due to a payment being delayed.
Is it normal for the charge to be taken out of my 'available balance' 10 days before it's due, or have HSBC seen that i'm tight for money this month and trying to tip me over the balance?
I have been charged before but can never remember it being taken out of the available balance 10 days before it's due.
Cheers all,
Lee

Lee apologies but I don't understand the question. You say that you get charged £4 for normal use of the overdraft and that you have less than that in the account, right?
When does it normally go out of your account?0 -
Sorry for not explaining it well!
My statements shows my balance of £-180 and I have an overdraft of 600 so that should mean I have an available balance of £420 (if i want to spend my overdraft) but when I click on the 'available balance' it says £416 which is £4 less than it should be. I haven't spent no money so i can only presume they've already 'took' the £4 charge, even though it's not meant to come out until the 30th.
I just wondered if they normally do this (ie. take the money from your available balance 10 days before the money is meant to be took)
I don't think i've explained myself any better! lol0 -

Did you pay a cheque into your account recently?0
