I recieved a response saying they were unable to offer a refund. I'm going to write back, sadly it has taken me 2 months to get round to it, whoops....0

It always really annoys me when companies say 'we are unable to do' this that and the other. In all honesty are you prepaired to fork out the expense of going to court for £5.80. ? if it were me id forget about it.You may click thanks if you found my advice useful0
