    Whoa slow down a bit people. The OP just wants her £5 back, hasn't even written to them or anything yet and someone suggests small claims court!!! Just wait to hear what they say first!

    Bump...is there an outcome to this yet?
    Profit=sanity
    Turnover=vanity
    Greed=inhumanity:dance:
  • I recieved a response saying they were unable to offer a refund. I'm going to write back, sadly it has taken me 2 months to get round to it, whoops....
  • "Blimey, i genuinely make an attempt to assist someone who seems to be unfairly charged nearly £6 for a meagre 8 minutes of parking services, and you accuse me of spouting crap?

    Get a life."

    I agree. (Why is it that whenever anyone's argument is weak, they resort to swearing or name-calling?)

    It always really annoys me when companies say 'we are unable to do' this that and the other. What they actually mean is 'we won't' do it because 'we don't want to' or 'we can't be bothered' etc.

    I seem to recall it used to be £20 minimum in Oxford railway station car park.
