will i have any chance of a replacement?

well before baby was born my mum bought us two packs of baby sleeping bags. up until now they havent been used. one is ok but the other one which we opened tonight, the zip is broken. so the item is useless.

if i can find out where my mum got it from would i be entitled to a replacement without a receipt and after all this time?

I think if it is broken and you explain the circumstances then they should replace it with a new not broken one, I know you do not need a receipt - although if they say anything tell them you didn't realise it was broken until now when you came to use it.
Dunno how you'd stand about getting your money back mind.

i just want a replacement. i spose theres no harm in asking is there. just hope i can find out where mum bought it.

i dont have the packaging though, i used it yesterday to send an item off ebay.

edit - i just emailed the ebayer and told them the problem and if she still has the packging if she could tell me. no harm in asking her either!
