British Gas doorstep salesmen
Just had a doorstep visit from a BG salesman trying to tell me that they have noticed that we are being overcharged on our fuel bills. I asked how he could possibly know that and he said that our bills were estimated. Well, we are with Equipower for both gas and elec and Southern Electric have people who read meters every six months. In any case I check and correct every bill when it comes through, so they are basically making it up.
