Why doesn't Ebay let me 'return down'?

Hi all,
I'm just writing up an ebay listing and in the description part, it won't let me 'return' down, i.e take a new line? Does anyone know why this may be?
It also doesn't have the option anymore of changing text size, colour etc?
Makes the listing look very unprofessional as it ends up looking like this: (just an example).
Hi, I have for sale a pair of ladies shoes, size 4. They are from the brand Irregular Choice. They are brand new in the box and have never been worn. I will send them out as soon as I receive payment, I accept Paypal. etc etc.
Any ideas?
Thanks
edit: meant to add, I've tried using both the basic form and the advanced selling form, still no difference.
I only have 4 feedback if that makes any difference?

No idea, but you could try downloading Turbo Lister and see it that works. It's loads quicker to use too!:j30/7/10:j

It's a strange one, never had this problem before. It's basically just a plain white box with no options to change font, size, colour etc.
I'll try the Turbo Lister and see how that goes, thanks!

Have you tried going to the next page then editing it? I haven't listed anything in over a month but last time I did, I had to edit most of my listings that way. :rolleyes:0

Yep, tried that and still no difference. Even saved the listing and went back to edit and nothing again.
Trying Turbo lister but it seems stuck at the connecting page?

Put the description into HTML mode and type <b.r> (remove the red dot) where you want the gap to be.Back on MSE after a 5 year hiatus.
