Just gone online to check my latest bill - found this pearler on the billing page:-
"As your overall charges are less than you
are currently paying, we've decreased your
monthly payment amount from £15.50 to
£21.00."
Obviously maths isn't a strong point with the BT programmers!!:rotfl::rotfl:

Whats even crazier is that the revised payment of £21 is because they've only taken 2 D/Debits this quarter instead of 3 resulting in a temporary deficit on the account!!Its now gone thru' and I'm back in credit!
Now when I try to restore the previous figure of £15.50 p.m it won't let me - I've had to put in £16 per month instead!! Oh well.........at least I didn't have to explain to Mumbai!

    Hi brewerdave

Definately not a reduction have to agree with you there, if you pm me your account details I can look at this for you and maybe ensure that your payment amendments have gone through correctly before your next payment comes out.

Will also let me pass feedback to our online team about the way this was displayed on your online bill.

    Thanks

They took 2 payments for the same amount from me on the same day, I then had to endure their Indian Call Centre, that was when I decided enough was enough and promptly left BT.

I havn't as yet had a final invoice from them, I am dreading getting that, I am sure it will be full of their usual " maths ".
