Leaking toilet - B&Q vs manufacturer

As a follow-up to this, I thought I'd better post a note of defence for B&Q.
Once a guy within their Customer Service team got hold of my complaint, I really couldn't fault him - he was courteous and understanding and kept me informed as things progressed.
He got one of the guys who installs bathrooms on B&Q's behalf (not a B&Q employee) to come out. He in turn confirmed that the leak was caused by the pan, not my plumber's original fitting.
He did say he believed that the tiles would dry out without leaving any sign of the leak. As a result, I got my plumber to install a new WC (supplied by B&Q) and B&Q are paying the invoice.
I've said that I reserve the right to go back to them if there is any residual staining - but so far it looks as though things will right themselves.
Obviously I'm still annoyed at the lack of knowledge of the guy in-store, but I've got to be fair and say how impressed I've been in the end.0
