Can someone enlighten me about this meter , question 1 Are the times controlled daily by radio signal or is it preset ? 2 . what is the red booster button for on the meter ? 3. what rate is off peak on the meter , rate 1 or rate 2 ? . meter been acting strangely , bills been high and only one light on rate 1 has been lit for weeks no sign of rate 2 lit up . thank you in advance :T
