1) The prize can only be won via a valid entry in accordance with the competition as described at www.bullringsummerinthecity.com in association with Heart FM.
2) Only valid or successfully uploaded entries can be judged and Bullring does not accept responsibility for entries that are not successfully uploaded to the competition database.
3) The winner will be contacted via the contact details provided on the entry only.
4) The winner may be required to participate in Bullring's publicity.
5) The prize is one holiday for 4 persons aged 18+ to either Madrid, Paris or New York, and is redeemable by booking with Bullring's nominated travel agent only, using the vouchers provided.
6) Vouchers only redeemable against the destination chosen by winner and at Thomas Cook Retail Ltd Bullring.
7) Value of vouchers is based on the average cost of a city break to your chosen city through the provided Thomas Cook Retail Ltd agent.
8) Value of holiday is based on an average cost for 4 people traveling economy to chosen city and accommodation for 3 nights in a 4* hotel with return flights between August 09 and November 09 flying from Birmingham International.
9) Any additional costs outside or above this average value are the responsibility of the individual.
10) Travel insurance is the responsibility of the individual and is not provided by Bullring Limited Partnership.
11) Holiday is provided by Thomas Cook Retail Ltd. (ABTA Number. W8361. ATOL Protected 0020) through a partnership between Bullring Limited Partnership and Thomas Cook Retail Ltd, Bullring.
