Hi,
Hoping someone can help. I have the above photoframe and haven't got a clue how to get photos from my computer to the photoframe. According to instructions, I connect the fram to USB port on computer. It then loads necessary drivers and I should be able to drag and drop photos to the internal memory of the photoframe.
It says I can identify the above drivers in order, CF, SD/MMC, MS, Nand Flash(internal Memory).
What actually comes up on my comp is Removable discs G,H,I and J.
From what I can see the internal memory is removable disc J. Dragging and dropping has no effect but it tells me that the disc has not been formatted.
I am clueless at the moment as to how to drag and drop photos onto the frame.
Can anyone help?
