Nice (France) on a Sunday?

Hello,
We're looking at going to Nice in September, I was just wondering if anyone knows what it's like on Sundays? I know that quite a few places in Europe still shut down on Sundays and I don't really want to arrive on a day where nothing is open!
Any info much appreciated, thank you!

They don't have Sunday shopping so Galeries La Fayette will be closed, the earlier you go in September the greater the number of restaurants will be open.Posts are not advice and must not be relied upon.0

Cool Thanks. We know the week, it's just deciding on the Monday rather than Sun as Sat is out, and as we're self catering can you imagine getting to a place to find destitue streets....which is all in my mind but i'm a natural born worrier
