Ebay/paypal advice

I have an email account which I have had for over 7 years and has 100% feedback, I haven't been active recently but have had 11 feedback ratings in the past 12 months and 1 in the past 6 months.

I don't have a paypal account as my account got hacked and money taken from my current account (paypal confirmed it was all fraudulent) and I closed it down.

I now have lots of bits to sell and wondered if there are restrictions on doing this if I open a new paypal account. I'm just very scared of fraud again as last time I had to borrow money whilst waiting for the investigation. If I sell something will I get my money straight away?

If you sell stuff your money will probably be held (normally over £50 but can be less) by paypal untill positive feedback is given or 21 days. These restruction get lifted once you have been selling for a while. The link to that is HERE

I read that but I wondered if I could avoid as I have had account for so long with 100% feedback. Oh well.

No Sorry feedback as a buyer wont really count and also if you have not been active selling for a while. I sold on my private account the other day. Which was the first time I had used that account to sell for 2 years (normally just sell using business). It has 300 odd feedback 100 as a seller. I have just had the payment (£30) held. Even though I have a business account registered as as a powerseller.
