Ikano / Principles Store card

Has anybody else been contacted by Ikano regarding an 'overpyament' on my old principles account ... The number to call is on 0844 and I am rather dubious in case its a prank .. I can see that they are a financial services company in Nottingham but even so ..

the big question is - are they going to give me the money that is in credit on the account (£40) or not ????

Any thoughts ?? :D:confused::D
Thanks ever sooooo

    Ikano issue the Ikea card amongst others - they are not a scam, they are huge! However i'd be prone to get the number direct and ring direct, dont use the number given to you.

  • Thanks ever so - I googled them afterwards and saw they were big.. it was them wanting to contact me regarding an 'overpayment' that really confused me - how often do they do that !!!

    Thanks again
