Just received an email from my university about 11 fully funded scholarships for PhDs in security and crime. As fully funded PhDs are relatively rare these days I thought I'd post the details here in case anyone is interested.
BACKGROUND & VISION
UCL SECReT is the new £17m national Security Science Doctoral Research
Training centre. The centre promotes RCUK's new 4-year PhD format
considered a superior alternative to the usual 3-year PhD. UCL SECReT
brings together over 20 research groups at UCL and 30 partners from
industry, academia and government including the Home Office, Met Police,
NHS, BT, Thales, BAE, Lockheed Martin and Serious Organised Crime Agency.
