Quick one I hope - Basically I have had the higher mobility DLA for years (about 8 I think) I also get severe disablement allowance. This year is the first I have been sent a form saying I am entitled to free tax. I knew I was before but I have never been able to get them to send me the form.
The form that arrived recently says I was entitled since 2004. Is there any way we can claim the money back? We are really struggling and I could do with the money back. Also I'm annoyed as they wouldn't send me the forms before when I was clearly entitled.
Thanks
Chantelle
