IVA - options
Hello,
My partner is currently in an IVA with a company called creditFix. i have some questions I would be graful if someone could help me with please;
1) Has anyone heard of 'CreditFix' adn are they reputable ?
2)Whilst in an IVA can someone else put a charge on the property or does the IVA agency (CreditFix)have total control over this now ?
3)Can you be forced to remortgage at the end of an IVA ? My partner owed 27k before the IVA and is repaying 9k back as determined by the IVA agency, I am concerned she will have to remortgage for the rest at the end of teh 4-5yr period ?
