Post Office Homephone small cancellation fee in some cases.

Post Office Homephone ( no minimum term ) may now charge you £15 if you purchase a new line from them and cancel within the first 6 months.

Customers who move to them that dont need to pay a connection fee are not affected.

"If you cancel Post Office HomePhone within six months of any New Line Provision, we may charge you a cancellation fee of £15 to cover our reasonable costs. "

  • utilitybroker do you know if Post Office Homephone still allow use of Indirect Access services such as 18185.co.uk and 1899.com or have they barred Indirect Access.

    Also same question with respect to The Phone Co-Op.
