Why is Gold Worth Anything!?
Comments
-
Why does anything have a worth, because people want it. The most worthless thing of all is a bank note with a promise written on it.
At least with art you can own the original and its unique but with bank notes why should it be worth anything if they are duplicated by the millions and given out for nothing in the case of QE0 -

Depends which diamonds are used.
They can actually make them nowadays, I used to use them years ago when drilling cast iron girders
I think diamond stud earrings look good except when david beckham wears them, thats just wrong:p
This for £165

Something I forgot to mention and worth bumping the thread for is the IMF is liquidating an eighth of their gold reserves.
This amounts to 400 tons or 13 million ounces of gold I think it is
No link but they intend to do this gradually so I guess you will hear much more on it before the time comes0
