Started claim process... Now stuck

Hello

If you can help or advise.

About 2 years ago I started the claim process deciding to do it with a company who I found advertising, and they seemed to have good reviews.

I have lost all the contact details that I had from them (my mobile was stolen), and have no clue how to trace them.

I dont seem to have saved any of their emails, or their contact details.

There name was a rather odd one : something like "CORO"
not coral or carol.

I believe it was the same name as the woman who ran the company, but it I am not certain on this.

Would really appreciate the help !

Thanks

Why not do a Subject Access Request on the account concerned and it should reveal paperwork with the companies name on it? It will cost you £10.
I have not worked for NatWest Bank since February 2009
