Great North Run Raising Money For Asthma

:j :j hello i am trying to raise a minimum amount of £300 for an asthma charity so i can enter the great north run on october the first as i have just lost 3 stone in 6 months with slimming world and have asthma myself so i would like to raise some money so i can benefit the charity and also keep the weight off i have already completed a 5k race for macmillan hospice and a 7 mile race in newcastle under lyme there is a photo of me running the newcastle race on the website
