You would send the complaint to whoever sold the insurance to you in the first instance. Was it bought from a garage perhaps?

Its whoever sold it so if the Volkwagon Garage sold it to you then its them you make the complaint to. Good luck.

Have just found this thread & sent a PM (it's VWFS that should be complained to as it's their product that was mis-sold)

i would like to do the same, because i brought a car from vw- they finance was black horse, i had ppi on but, when i was out of work i try to claim, and was told that i can't claim.

Please let me know how you got on?


Could you please tell me did you take out the gold/bronze ppi.

Not quite sure what you are trying to say but PPI is sold by the dealer in most cases, In the case of Volkswagen Financial Services (UK) Limited, no dealer is listed on the Financial Services register as an Appointed Representative.

So you need to contact the dealer who sold you the insurance.
