morning all -
my list for today is.....
do some work...
work out how to get the new mobile broadband dongle to work (have brought lappy to work so i can do it from here!)
take erin to football training.
go home and do some more unpacking/sorting as didn't do any yesterday.
I have more but i know i won't get it done as this is a go out at 8am, get home at 9pm day......... so that's all i can reasonably hope to achieve... altho some more washing and a hoovering of house wouldn't go amiss....! but y'know i have downstairs neighbours and i don't want to risk upsetting them! did a washing at midnight last night, well lets just say i won't be doing that again!! - noisy plumbling!!
And my tumble dryer is cold.... which is not good...it obviously didn't like the shifting! and unlike my last one it doesn't seem to have a reset button. Thankfully it's not old, so should be fixable/covered by warranty.I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -
Can you all stop talking about putting washing on, I broke my machine doing my bit of my list from last week. I put my sofa covers in and its blocked the pump....
Off to phone washing machine man....Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford

Sounds like your getting it together Maz-and you're right, always pays to keep the neighbours sweet, life can be a right pain if on you don't get on with them....
Not much on here today, about to hoover/mop/blitz DDs bedroom, this afternoon I've been invited to DDs Primary school for a farewell tea for all the parents who have helped out at school over the last year . Nice.
The Eagle (DH) has landed back from Bangkok...he's at LHR waiting for RAC as battery gone flat on Landy while he was away. No one at BA car park allowed to jump start -been stopped by H and S apparently! Then he's driving to Liverpool via Birmingham. Anyone on M40/M6 look out for a camouflage painted lightweight Landy heading north..Right,finish reading the Times and I'll crack on..Debt-free...and staying that way...0 -
Ooh, lists! Yay!

List of doom!
Finish section on Malinowski in Studying Religions essay.
[STRIKE]E-mail tutor to get final submission date.[/STRIKE] Done.
As you can see, I'm still plugging away at the essays. I've also realised that the vast majority of my half-written essays, the next ones to do after the Studying Religions one, are on a disk from when my computer was wiped, stored somewhere in one of the many boxes in my room. So they'll need finding next. I'm getting a few more books on Malinowski out of the library and taking those home to work from. That section needs finishing by the end of the day, one way or another.
