question: i have a specific policy for my camera gear. the policy is 'new for old', and some of my equipment is second hand. i spoke to the insurers who advised me that should i need to make a claim for a used piece of gear, a new piece of equipment will be supplied. if that model of equipment is no longer in production, i.e i had a 2008 model and only 2009 models are available new, they would replace it with a 2009 one. thats great, but when i asked them the value i should insure my gear for, they advised for the cost of the new replacement. is this correct? i feel that the amount i'm paying is a bit steep now because of this, and is over insuring in this respect above board?
seperately, i was awarded a small fine by a court over 10 years ago for some irresponsible behaviour in my teens, i take it spent convictions need not be disclosed?0 -
question: why resurrect an old thread !!!!!!?All matter is merely energy condensed to a slow vibration, we are all one consciousness experiencing itself subjectively, there is no such thing as death, life is only a dream, and we are the imagination of ourselves.0
