Assuming you sent a CCA request/s.10/dispute letter then they should remove it until investigated so could be for this reason.......

Just wait and see what happens - my advice apply for any credit you need NOW while the file is clean lol.... its a loophole so utilise it but only apply through office hours for instant decision......

Got an email from CreditExpert saying:
Further to our recent correspondence, I have been contacted by Santander Cards UK. They have requested that I delete the entry that you have disputed (entry C12) from your credit report.

Is that a standard response?

Thats a darn excellent response - well done!

This means they have confirmed that it was not supposed to be there and so have removed it - thats it, gone, finito, the end!

I sent them one CCA request and they removed it! I must be the luckiest person ever. Thanks for all your help with this though, I truly appreciate it. People like you make this forum a great place :beer:

Hopefully I can now shift some of my credit onto 0% cards before my employment contract ends.
