Bank Account closed, can I still claim

Need some advice ASAP, I was in the process of claiming back my unfair bank charges from Lloyds TSB, sent the template letter, got a reply telling me that they could not resolve my case until the test case was concluded.
However, having said that, they suddenly closed my account and passed it onto a debt agency, I was £120.00 overdrawn at the time due to the charges. What do I do next? How do I deal with the debt agency? Any advice will be warmly received.

I would say that you tell the Debt Collection Agency that the account is in dispute and that they cannot collect on a disputed debt, furthermore, I would contact the FOS and ask for some advice since they have shut your account while you have been claiming your charges back. I would complain to the FSA Waiver monitoring team as well.0 -
Thanks very much for the advice, will get on to them ASAP, just can't believe how Lloyds can treat customers like this, especially considering their huge mistakes over the last years. It needs a huge shake up, more regulations and customer control.
