OK, I admit I was wrong

I think your find that most, if not all, the bulls expect prices to fall further before the real recovery is seen.
To be a MSE Bear your expecting prices to fall by at least another 20% - that is insane.
edit: for Bluey. I own. I think property will crash. End of.0 -
So bulls expect prices to fall. Bears expect prices to fall. Do you mean to say I have typed 3,000 posts when there was never really any argument anyway?

Is chucky telling fibs when he says you have children at Uni renting?

Thats why I don't understand this bull/bear thing. Last xmas I predicted that prices would fall around 10% during 2009 and bottom at the end of the year/early 2010 and was still labelled a bull.0 -

I hadn't seen a denial so presumed it true.
So to help you here are some 'facts'.
I may have a kid at Uni, I may be renting a place for him (or her). I may indeed be married and a property owner. I may own a Bentley, and have a butler.
or
I may be a sad individual with no real life or friends, who attempts to build a persona on here in order to escape the real world outside the door of my rented lodgings.
or
I may just be an unexpectedly successful alias for my real owner - Lady Fudge from the MoneySavers.0 -
I don't tend to do much anecdotal on here - internet safety and all that. I also lie, sometimes to prove a point, other times for the sake of a wind up.

I rue the day Lillie and Thomson passed their peak. Whatever happened to the really fast and intimidating fast bowlers?
True Warne was something special.
I have a fiver on Australia winning the ashes but not the slightest bit tempted by derisory odds of 4:1 on an Australian win at the end of day 4 in the 2nd test. On the whole now I don't think my fiver is that safe.0 -

One bouner per over has scuppered it a bit.
Another great effort by Wiggins today - hope he can hang on tomorrow and maybe take a bit of time out of Armstrong.
I think he will come third.
Contador
Schleck

Still, downhill afterwards must be fun!
Downhill is a huge amount of fun - you go a lot faster than the cars around you. Thankfully French drivers are a lot more considerate of cyclists than British ones as a rule.
You get a lot of encouragement from the passengers of cars and even from people at the side of the road on the well known climbs (like Ventoux, Col de Galibier, Alpe D'Huez).
The only problem I had descending was on D'Huez on the bigger bike as the brakes weren't designed for that sort of thing. Very scary.
@thrugelmir - it's only the first big climb that's really toughand that's because you don't know what to expect . After that you just put the bike in the lowest gear and spin the pedals. If you eat right you'll get there.
It'll be interesting to see where Cav goes from here - will he try to be more than an out-and-out sprinter and get in a position to win Green? Either way I think he'll be remembered as one of the sport's great riders.
Oh and I think Eng will win the Ashes from here. Not a fashionable view in my locale.0
