Hi,
My Sony Bravia 40L4000 has developed a sound problem.
It was purchased in March 2009. So its still under guarantee.
I'm not sure if my first port of call should be who I bought TV (Amazon), or if I should go direct to Sony to try and get it repaired or replaced.
