HSBC not paying up

I have over £2000 in charges and recently wrote to HSBC asking for a refund etc.
HSBC are not refunding anyone they are sitting it out now and waiting for final court rulings. I even offered them a settlement of £1500 to which they refused.
looks like i'm going to have to wait now until the courts give a final verdict.

All the big powers they've silenced me. So much for free speech and choice on this fundamental human right, and outing the liars.

are any of the arrears being paid off?
thanks for your reply, we've had previous conversation regarding this, in another thread.
I was just putting up this as for anyone else who is dealing with HSBC and does not have any priority debt to to raise their hopes with a settlement. Looks like we have a long wait now.All the big powers they've silenced me. So much for free speech and choice on this fundamental human right, and outing the liars.0 -
