i wrote to them claiming £4500 over 6 years, was told the decision was on hold.i have just started a dmp with payplan, this will use up all my disposable income for the next 19 months, after all bills are paid.what i want to know is can i claim financial hardship, and ensure they deal with my case immediately.

The fact you are paying it back bit by bit is why they said no but I do think you need to revise the claim upwards if you haven't already(don't sell yourself shorti thought only back 6 years till 2003,yeah mortgage in arrears by approx 2 months, and i am overpaying this to enable to be back straight by xmas
