nationwide reclaim

i wrote to them claiming £4500 over 6 years,was told the decision was on hold.i have just started a dmp with payplan,this will use up all my disposable income for the next 19 months,after all bills are paid.what i want to know is can i claim financial hardship,and ensure they deal with my case immediately.

    firstly you can claim back to 27th July 2001 so that might add some charges on.
    Have you got any priority debt arrears(mortgage/rent, council tax, utilities)?
    Are any of those arrears being paid off?

    i thought only back 6 years till 2003,yeah mortgage in arrears by approx 2 months,and i am overpaying this to enable to be back straight by xmas

    The fact you are paying it back bit by bit is why they said no but I do think you need to revise the claim upwards if you haven't already(don't sell yourself short ;) ).
