should i claim? advice please.

:confused:at the moment i am in a debt management plan and one of my creditors is hsbc (managed loan £2150).
I decided to work out my bank charges on my current account with hsbc and they total £2700! over the last 4 years.
Hsbc are being very nice at the moment and im frightened that if i put a claim in it will rock the boat!
could some one please advise.

    The loan is a separate agreement so if they rock the boat you will burn the boathouse down :D

    also as im not in financial hardship, (although skint and on a dmp!) should i just write a letter stating that im struggling and put down my outgoings? maybe they might offer whilst not accepting liability?

    You can ask the question.
    Do you have priority debt arrears(mortgage/rent, council tax, utilities)?

    no priorities! but i was thinking that they would have to wait a year for the managed loan to be paid back and if they settled it would be paid off immidiatly.(sp) (they arnt charging interest)

    OOps I misread your previous post. You can ask them the question but I doubt they will agree.
