Copy of all charges requested in April

I wonder what what be the best to do now. I requested details of all charges for all my LLoyds TSB accounts (3) in April. They supplied 2 accounts worth but not the 3rd. I would like to know what to do now...
Should ask and request them again, or can I write and request them within 2 weeks as they have already been requested previously. I feel that the bank have not supplied on purpose because I think that the charges will be enormous.... could be wrong but becoming a bit of a cynic!
Any advice greatfully received!

On the SAR they should have a reference, if they don't then rewrite to them and state that whilst you received details for account A and B they didn't comply fully since account C was missing.
