low minimum monthly payments on credit cards

Hello, first time on here!Just would like to know which credit cards offer the lowest miniumum monthly payments? I currently have a virgin card (MBNA) which the 0% period is sbout to end, so looking to switch to another "The Greater of 1.00% or £25.0" or similar cheap payment card.I know all MBNA cards operate like so, but am I right to think that MBNA would not let me transfer between two of their cards?Someone told me Halifax are good, as they are 1% minimum. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me with this matter.

I've scouted round as I'm in the same boat as you and Halifax was the best i could find, cheapest elsewhere seems to be 2.25% ish offered by NatWest and ?RBS off the top of my head but dont quote me on that. I dont think you'll find anything to compare to Halifax.

EDIT: Above post appeared while i was typing!! Cheers for the info nzseries! helpful to me to.

Halifax ask for 1% .I believe Barclay now ask for 1% as well.

Not so. Barclaycard requires 2.25% or £5, whichever is greater. Btw, there are a couple of lenders (eg. LTSB) that ask for 2% of the balance.

As above, if you have Virgin card at the mo, a Halifax card is your best bet ;)

You could go for another MBNA run card which will also benefit from a £25 Minimum Repayment during the promotional period.

Remember you can transfer balances from one MBNA card to another by using the Super Balance Transfer facility to move the funds to your bank account, then paying the old card off from there.

MBNA allow you to hold up to 5 of their cards at any one time.
