Thanks for adding your advice, Serendipity, I was sure it went to court but it was so long ago, maybe it didn't? I was only 19/20 then, it was years ago and I have not missed a payment since I cleared that up!
Danielanthony, thanks so much for telling me that, I feel so much better now, I guess you did declare it? Would I be right in thinking that even though you do declare something from your past, as it is spent, lenders over look it if you have had a good credit record since then?
Once again, really appreciate all your help.
