Overseas buyer using UK account - worth reporting?

I recently sold some items on eBay, and although my preferences are set to accept bides from the UK only, the highest bidder of three of my items lived in Spain - but was using an UK account.

As the items were low value I sent them anyway, but I wondered whether it was worth reporting this sort of thing to eBay?

Depends whether having overseas buyers win things when you have blocked them bothers you really.

It makes a lot of sense to accept bids from europe, given the exchange rate, buying from ebay UK is pretty attractive and gives you a wider audience.

Had a similar case on Play.com - Polish buyer who had UK as their country and everythine else to Warsaw, presumably to benefit from the cheaper postage. Against my better judgement still sent the item and needless to say got an email saying how damaged it was, wanting a refund (i.e. the item for free), etc and ultimately a neg when I refused.
