Nationwide?!

Hello

Has anyone had any luck with Nationwide and reclaiming the PPI on credit cards with them???

Im due to start this now as theyve finally sent me through all the paperwork but cleverly left the bit which shows ANYTHING at all about PPI and whether it was ticked/unticked although we NEVER get insurance for credit - got a fight on our hands obviously to prove it wasnt needed!!!!!

Any info let me know?????:confused::mad:
Slowly but surely we are getting there??!!
3 refunds & 1 loan finished! 1 PPI waiting, Car finished! loan/school/no childcare£ (-1.5 years & counting!!)....
Im doing as many competitions as poss! Try & keep positive & If you dont ask, you dont get! :( :idea:

    Hello there.;)

    I believe there have been much success with these, have you had the chance to check on the above success thread?

    They have 8 weeks to respond in full to your complaint, if you hear nothing at all by then, you can continue to take your complaint to the FOS.

    Another letter maybe required, if they do respond but do not resolve your complaint in your favour, but keep at them until you receive the final decision, they should give you details of the FOS on the final response, you can take it this direction if your not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint.

    Rememer to post "all" letters by recorded delivery, this is your proof of posting.

    More info on the link below with template letters, just either use your own words, or use the template if you want to but write your own reasons.

    I just successfully claimed for a friend PPI of £3850 from Nationwide. Took 3 weeks start to finish and only one letter! Good luck. That was on a credit card. Reclaiming charges too and statements just arrived

    Woohoo - Nationwide are refunding nearly £500, were quick with their response, kept me informed and my complaint was dealt with nicely!

    Thanks MSE! Finally some good news on the moneyside this year!!!:j:beer:

    Im just about to send off my letter to try and claim back my PPI on my Nationwide credit card. Can someone please tell me the correct address I need to send it to as I have found lots and Im not sure which is correct?
