Recently the supreme court of India directed the Federal Bank of India, to credit card issuing banks to avoid outsourcing to collect the money from defaulters. This given a sigh of relief and card holders also started to repay the dues.

I very much doubt this will happen in the UK.
I would also very much doubt that, should such action occur in UK, the card holders here would be encouraged to repay their dues.0
