Nationwide overdraft help!

I am unable to survive without my overdraft, which has just been reduced resulting in my mortgage not being paid this month. Could anyone advise me as to what i should ask them when i phone? I would like the overdraft to remain at what it was if possible, with immediate effect.

Jan is there a reason why they lowered your overdraft and will they up the overdraft?

Do that first because the solution may be that simple.

Called Nationwide...not much help... Overdraft to remain at £500. They can put it back to £800, but this reduces every month by £50 till eventually its zero. Am not sure what to do now as i relied on that £800 a month to survive!!!
Think i need to rework my finances.

    Thanks for your reply!
